LIFE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS
Hold Me Tight: Conversations for Connection is a relationship enrichment program based on Dr. Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy (EFT). The eight (8) sessions focus on the science of love and provide seven conversations laid out to help couples shape their relationship. The goal of the program is to enable partners to create trust and intimacy while reducing relationship distress. Hold Me Tight will provide you with key points for each conversation, a video example, group discussion and engagement on the topic, and then a private discussion with your partner to work through the conversation skills.
Hold Me Tight will take place over eight (8) weeks on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, April 23, 2025 to June 11, 2025 at St. Joseph's Parish in Prince Albert. There is a registration fee of $35 per couple. The program is limited to 12 couples. Childcare is available upon request. Please contact CFSPA at 306-922-3202 to register or for further information.
