Wood carpentry in Victoire, SK.

The parish of Notre Dame des Victoire (Our Lady of Victory) in Victoire, SK. has been fortunate to have candle holders, plant stands, small tables, lecterns and an altar built by parishioners over the last three years.  The previous, roughly built items were dismantled and burnt.

Using their carpentry skills, parishioners Leon Bonneau and Guy Tremblay finished building the altars in January.

PRINCE ALBERT - On June 25, the counselling services office of Catholic Family Services (CFS) in Prince Albert was re-named in honor of the foundress of the Sisters of Our Lady of the Cross, Adèle de Murinais. 

At the dedication celebration, executive director, Louis Zurowski explained the history of friendship with the sisters.
